Sean is a doctoral student in the International Education Policy program at 911±¬ÁÏÍø, College Park. Originally from Taiwan, he received his BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and his M.Ed in higher education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to his doctoral study, he worked in language test development and research and has interned with Fulbright Taiwan.
