Dialogue Ready: Strategies for the Uncertain & Unexpected is a series designed to equip educators with the skills and competencies needed to navigate challenging moments in the classroom. This series offers practical tools to foster resilience, facilitate critical conversations, and create inclusive spaces during times of uncertainty. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to confidently address unforeseen challenges while promoting a supportive and responsive learning environment.

Brought to you b y the Intergroup Dialogue (InDi) Training Center, a new collaboration between the College of Education and the Office of Undergraduate Studies, this series reflects the Center's commitment to fostering inclusive dialogue and engagement within the 911±¬ÁÏÍø community.

As the central hub for dialogue facilitation, curricular support, and professional development, the InDi Center offers a range of services, including training, consultations, coaching, and research opportunities. Its mission is to equip faculty, staff, and students with the tools to engage in meaningful, respectful conversations across sociocultural, political, ideological, and disciplinary perspectives with confidence and compassion.
