At 911±¬ÁÏÍø's Intergroup Dialogue Training Center, we're dedicated to fostering a community of inclusive dialogue and constructive engagement within the 911±¬ÁÏÍø (911±¬ÁÏÍø) community and beyond. Our mission is clear: to provide comprehensive, high-quality support to faculty, staff, and students at 911±¬ÁÏÍø and beyond, empowering them with the skills needed to lead meaningful conversations about identity, equity, and justice. 

Our Mission and Goals
The InDi Training Center stands as a collaborative effort among the College of Education, Undergraduate Studies, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Together, we serve as the central hub for dialogue facilitation training, curricular support, and ongoing development opportunities. Through a range of services including training, consultations, coaching, and research opportunities, we aim to equip our clients, partners and constituents with the necessary tools to navigate complex diversity issues with confidence and compassion.

Why We Were Founded: Advancing Diversity Education at 911±¬ÁÏÍø (and Beyond)
As the landscape of diversity education evolves, we recognize the importance of staying ahead of the curve. The IGD Training Center was developed as a proactive response to upcoming revisions to the university’s general education diversity requirements and recommendations from the 2020 Diversity Education Taskforce Report. Recognizing Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) as the gold standard in diversity education, we anticipate an increased demand for these courses. Our center was established to meet this need head-on, ensuring that every member of the 911±¬ÁÏÍø community has access to transformative dialogue experiences, and being a force for diversity education across other universities, on an as-needed and consulted basis.
